MSN conflict with Cox installation
My wife works for a nonprofit housing organization and the folks at one of her properties have a computer they're tryng to change from MSN dialup to Cox Cable.
Cox installed a modem and evidently it is working properly (we went through the reinstallation, all the lights on the modem are on, etc.). Cox is able to show the connection is good (from a "black screen") and they claim that MSN is the problem. Since MSN was discontinued, we can't get help from them. So, how do we clear off all the old MSN compnents? |
