D-Link Problems

Hi, this is my first post here and I have a major frusterating problem. I have a D-Link DI-624 router i guess its called, and it is really shaky internet. LIke recently i got XBox LIve, and im always getting disconnected with it, maybe if my settings or something are wrong, you could help out with it.. I would greatly appreciate it, Thanks

Well, we don't have nearly enough info to provide a meaningful suggestion.

What make/model is the broadband modem?
Have you tried connecting the X-Box to the modem directly to see if it's a router issue, or an issue with your ISP?
Have you reset the router to factory defaults?
Have you checked the D-Link site to see if there is any upgraded firmware for your router?

I dont know im not a computer wiz so youll have to help me out, like how i restore fac. settings or how i find out what kind it is ( i though i said it DI-624 D_Link)
