Sharing Internet Connection

Hi Ive an Internet DSL connection in a Pc. Ive a little local net, Im using an aplicattion running on a server and shared to pc clients. I want to share the internet connection to only another Pc (internet in 2 WinXp pcs) and not affect the actual configuration. I think Icould use a free Proxy software, what could you recomend me? In the case using software, wich one is the best solution?

I usually recommend AnalogX Proxy Server for a lightweight solution. You can use ICS too, but I'd rather use the first choice.
