Internet Connectivity on a Network

Hi, I am having problems on the network I support with 60 users taking up the bandwidth on our 512k ISDN leased line. There is no problem with the connection when the office is empty, so it must be one of the users. I have run a virus scan on the server to be sure and it is clean.
I presume one of the users on the network is file sharing of listening to music over the internet. I am wondering how to isolate this user without switching on a computer, one at a time.

I'd use something like www.ethereal.com on the server. When it's slow, you can simply monitor the link for traffic and identify the IP address for the heavy user.
