Confused Simple File Sharing

I was able to share files earlier today now I get the error You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact admin to find out about access permission.

The network path was not found.

I am trying to setup file sharing on both computers I have I was able to go through the home network setup wizzard but that really seems to be going nowhere after the 5th time of doing that I am asking some hlep here..or maybe tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
Jay

You need to put your subnet, like 192.168.0.x, into the trusted zone of the firewall.
