I currently have goldmine (customer management software) installed on my main computer with windows XP operating system. I have a network set up with another computer located downstairs. On the main computer I am trying to map the z drive to the goldmine folder on the network. When I click on the goldmine folder and try to click ok, the ok button becomes grey and I am unable to choose this option. I tried to manually type in the location of the goldmine folder and this did not work either. I received minor tech support from goldmine and they said this is a network problem. I right clicked on the goldmine folder and enabled file sharing so I know this is not the answer. Any suggestions as to why I cannot map the goldmine drive? Thanks for your help!

Could we have:
Full path to the Goldmin folder Whether or not you're using Simple Filesharing User name used to log on to both PC's (also, are the passwords the same?) Can you connect to other shares?
