Windows 7 - Share with other user/ same pc

I can not get my files and pictures to share with the other user of my pc. Although we're both logged into our homegroup when we call that up it always says there are no other people in the home group. Clicking on a docuement and 'share with' either homegroup or the other users account shows that we shared a file but it doesn't show up on the others account. I put us both in as administrators and that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I went through the same thing and I completely forgot something smallll while setting up windows 7 to share....

Thanks for the link. I renamed my printer just to follow along. What it boiled down to was I didn't know how to find the shared folder. No where did I find anything saying go to your Name, Doc or pics, etc, then click Network in the left column, click again on 'yourname-PC' and walla 'thar she blows'. Soooo simple, but all the other help sites just leave this last bit of information out. Thanks again.
