user profile cannot be loaded
hi. my laptop displayed this error: C:\\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop(access denied)
user profile cannot be loaded cannot communicate to window service system event log access denied, and now I can't find my files. The desktop doesn't even show. help please. thanks |

You may try running Malwarebytes http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyte...=dl&tag=button and see if it finds something and if it does yu'll have to create a new post in Security forum.
