shared folder with security

need your help guys..i want to share my folders thru network but i want it with full security. i want it to share with limited people only and not everybody in network.. is there any tool that i can used of. tnx

Shared folder implies Windows, not sure if that's a requirement. Filezilla running SSH would be the easiest to implement.
