Web Page Pictures

I was wondering if it was possible to keep pictures from loading when you enter a web page. If anything like this exists do you know if it is free?

Click on Tools and selection Options... If you then click the Content button you can tell it to not auto-load images.

It's a good idea if you have dialup or a slower connection.
