how to copy the file from other Ip address

Sir,

I want to know how to get the file from other location of computer
i want to share the file from my computer that belong to boardband connection at my home and other computer located to my office using VSAT connection. plz suggest me how to solve this problem.

With no information about either computer, I'm not sure what to tell you.

I'd consider setting up an FTP server at the location where the files are hosted, that's how I manage this kind of situation.
