Msn & Ipod TroubleShout?

Well i keep getting a weird troubleshout when logging on msn..
i went on the msn website & check all the possible reason why we may get this error :
No change!
i made all they said...
i try'ed to download various version :
install- desinstall !
still no change..

im force to use the old version of msn which is on my pc 4.7..
if i want to login..
all the other version like 8.1 - 9.0 :
i cant login !!

& anyone i got a little pblm with my ipod too xD
dunno if its the right forum to post it but i really need helm =X
i was downloading some pics when suddenly the ipod ''crash''
i try'ed to connect it with itunes in order to restore..
after downloading the whole software..
i cant install the software ><
error :X
here again i went on the website & search reason for this error :
all checked & made like they said =
No Change..

Well im fed up reading all kinds of website & searchig searching...

anyone can help me please =(

I don't run on Windows so I can't help you with your msn problem but I can give you some advice about your iPod.

What type of iPod is it? And what generation?

Does the iPod switch on at all? I know with my iPod Classic (newest generation), I could switch it on and I'd get a picture of a cross on the screen and a loud beeping noise for a few seconds before it shut down...I took it to the Apple Store and they gave me a completely new iPod, but that may have been because mine was quite new.

If the stuff on the site doesn't help, I'd recommend going to an Apple Store. If you've got an older iPod, they might not be able to help-or give you a new iPod as they may not have any older models in stock...
