FILES DISSAPEAR form MAPPED DRIVE

I need urgent assistance, some of my users are complaining that files and folders on their mapped network drive is dissapearing as if its been deleted. and is not in recycle bin. i witnessed at one of them as they had a documetn open, saved it, closed it and when accessing it 2 minutes later it gone along with all files in that specific folder. Have scanned for virus/malware, have checked that there is not any unknown software installed. I run recovery program in sometimes pick up the files, but not all of the files.
i have been looking all over for a solution or what might cause this but with no luck so far.

You do realize that if you delete a networked file that it does not go to the recycle bin, right? Maybe the application of some user is deleting the files, if that's the case, they're gone.
