Slow response in accessing the shared files
Dear all,
we use a computer as server for application files which are of internal ERP. some 100 computers are accessing those files/applications code. those files connect to a database for the data queries and other DMLs. now the problem is that the server computer starts to stuck. the application running from this computer is slow in response. it happens gradually and in the end the system needs to be re-started. we have seen the RAM and CPU status , They are all right at the server computer but the response is slow. Network traffic also shows normal situation. we also have updated the anti-Virus software but to no use. can any one help me out ? Thanks |
