Sharing problem

Hello friend,

I am working in system admin in software company.
I am facing network sharing problem,While I start to share the pc to use run command the ERROR was come
THE ERROR IS

"YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE ACCESS THE NETWORK RESOURCE"

So I can't found why this error was come.

It means just what it says, you don't have permission to access the Run command. You need to be logged into the machine with administrative rights.
