Sharing IC over open wifi connection.

So somebody have and idea?I live in a village and we have internet provider which cover all the village with wifi-network witch is open.I tried the easyest way with 2 card (1 wifi and 1 lan from where cone in IC).I connect my pppoe internet connection and share it with the wifi card connected to the network with some IP (lets say 10.1.1.1).Then i conned my laptop with ip 10.1.1.2 and i havent internet but i have ping to the server.(10-15 ms delay)I tried with proxy but it works only for the web browsing.
Can anyone help me with some idea ?

I'd install a wireless bridge and have that connect to the village WiFi, then you can connect multiple computers to the wireless bridge.

What you mean with wireless bridge? You mean bridge between lan card and wifi card ?If this is what you mean how to connect my laptop to that bridge.
