Post P2P Monitoring

Hi guys, i've got a question for yah.. i've got a stupid sister who gets downloading and downloading crap using p2p clients, i was wondering if you guys could reccomend a Download monitor which i can install on a router perhaps? or just her computer so i can see what the hell shes downloading that keeps going over our broadband limit -.-
