lost contact via pcanywhere
I have suddenly lost contact with a remote computer using pcanywhere. This remote computer shows the pcAnywhere icon with a check mark. pcAnywhere on the remote computer says it is waiting for a contact. The LAN to which the remote computer is connected is accessible as determined via a webcam on that LAN. The remote computer has access to the internet as tested via a browser. The remote computer has been rebooted. The remote router has been rebooted. What should I ask a friend who lives near the remote computer to check?
