[SOLVED] Cannot access computers on network

Hi I have a home network that will not allow me to access other computers on the network. I can see the computers in the workgroup but they are asking for a user/password I tried both computers user/passwords but it still will not allow me to access it.

Try turning off Password Protected Sharing on the Vista machines.

If that doesn't work, create a user account on the machine(s) with shared files with the same name/password as is used to login to the client (connecting) machines.

Where do I find password protect I am pretty sure I disabled it but maybe there is something I missed.

It's all in the Network and Sharing Center.
