Torrents not detecting open port? (don't worry, using for legal means)
For the legal part: I do own a copy of Diablo 2, but the discs are completely (edited out by kodi) up due to a friend so I'm using torrenting as a way to obtain the game and I plan on using my own legit CD key.
Regardless, here's my problem. I have my ports open, I have my firewall down / accepting all incoming. I have the right assigned ports to the right lan address, but for some reason it's just not detecting the port open, which is lowering my size. Any help for this? I'm completely baffled. edit: bleh, well, I just read the rules that even legal uses are supported, so you can either help or close the thread. I'll check on it later. Re: Torrents not detecting open port? (don't worry, using for legal means)
sorry if you read the rules here, even legal uses are not supported.
We believe that the main purpose of P2P programs is to illegally download and use copyrighted material of whatever description. We further understand that there may be legal uses for P2P, but as we are not able to assess a user's intent when he/ she asks for help, we do not support P2P software and we will not assist any user in this regard. This includes but is not limited to Bearshare, Kazaa and many others. If your cd was damaged, you can contact the manufacturer and get a replacment.
