Vista Seing a XP Computer Via Wireless Home Network Problems
Haya,

Parents recently got a new laptop and wireless modem for it and my computer. Iv setup many lans before and know how to do it and such. I was trying to make the laptop that has Vista see my computer which is XP with SP1 I think because i can't stand SP2 and all they cause too many problems.

Well I can see the vista laptop, browse it wirelessly and what not and put files on it. Though it cannot see me because I don't have LLTD. So I do the most common thing and go download the patch and go to install it and get this following message instantly.

Which I think is come code for just failed. or something. Then I was directed to some windows diagnostic thing which in turn didn't give me anything good to work with, or at least from what I know. These are some of the things that were spat out.

That installation requires SP2, and now that SP3 is also out, there's really no reason to be running SP1 anymore.
