Emule problem

I have a problem with my emule:
I have unknown server only...i dont have the server/met file that includes the good and known server like: eDonkey...razorback etc.
And I have a High ID and still on those unknown server downloading very slow.
I need some good tips: Its can be my bad option that i didnt changed except ports...i dont use firewall.First i need the goods erver.met file, and second what i can do to incrase my speed beacause that emule before i did format downlaoded 600 kb/s thats fast and know 100 max!!! even songs files of eminem that has a large sum of sources arent downloading :(
why is that guys :(?
