Urgent: Problem with Netmeeting using wireless lan network

Please someone help me, I am really freaked out. I tried everything I could but no use. It's urgent.

I've got netmeeting 3.01 with an HCL mileap L series (30 gb hdd windows xp sp2). I'm in a wireless network using routers. Problem is that I want to make voice netmeeting calls using that lan (within the network). I tried with an hcl laptop and everything was fine.
But when I tried with 2 lenovo laptops I cannot hear from the other side! They can hear me but I cant hear them. All other features are working fine in netmeeting. I searched a lot for solutions..Here are some followups of what I did:

1. Some say routers may be the problem. But then how did the hcl work? So ruled out.But yes one thing I'd say that when I connected the lenovo directly by cross wire, I was successful in getting 2 way sound.
2. Some say about disabling direct sound.. But it's already disabled.
3. Some say to mute the mic volume in playback and raise it in recording in the sound settings-doesn't work.
4. Some say to reduce hardware acceleration-doesn't work.
5. Some say to allow some ports in firewall.. Doesn't work.
6. I tried the manual compression settings for sound, no use.

Today morning I analysed that the lenovo laptop is sending data packets when microphone records sound, and my laptop is receiving packets too, but it's not playing any sound. Only the lenovo is receiving my sound.
I updated my sound card drivers, no use. And I'm sure that both sound cards are duplex. Both laptops have netmeeting 3.01.
Please help me. I don't understand why I cant connect to the lenovos through wifi (But I could using a cross wire!!) whereas I could perfectly connect to an hcl with no problems.

Re: Urgent: Problem with Netmeeting using wireless lan network

This is probably audio drivers, it's not a networking issue.
