File Sharing
My dads computer recently took a crash on him and asked me to fix it. After installing new hardware he picked the computer up that day and left, well after he left I realized I didnt install any of the drivers for the new motherboard
. So Im trying to figure out how to get the drivers to him without mailing the Driver CD. Ive copied the drivers to my computer but cannot figure out how to share them over the internet. |

Re: File Sharing
Does the computer in need currently have Internet access? If it does, you can point him in the direction of the motherboard manufacturer's website - manufacturers commonly provide the required chipset and BIOS updates for download off their websites.
The other option would be to simply e-mail the drivers to him. Less fuss and effort for both of you. ![]() Last edited by Cellus : 06-24-2008 at 10:12 AM. |
