can't send files or pic's

Can someone please send me instructions on how to send picture's and files that I have scanned on my computer for emailing?? Everytime that I try to send a picture and file I get a "delivery failure" I am not sure if my pic's and files are too big!! and if they are, "how to I compress and send them?

Use microsoft photo editor to make the picture size smaller.

What ext is the files in. Bitmap or jpeg. Bitmap pictures are super huge. Convert them to Jpeg

They are Jpeg...can you please explain to me how to make the picture smaller?

Their actually letters that I got in the mail, regular notebook size. I scanned them on my printer/scanner and need to email all 4 of them to my attorney.

Why not faxed...

Anyway, in the photo editor/picture manager, there is zoom percentage on top the toolbar there. Set it to like 100% and then the image if i am correct will get super huge.

Later on top on toolbar also, click picture and hit resize.
