Red Faced Missing dllh

hi i really need some help with this. i am trying to download a video program called panda. it almost downloads all the way but then tell me it cant because i am missing a dllh file. what is that and how can i download it to my system

I tried reloading the program that wont load and it tells me i am missing the WINHTTP.dll file is missing. Does anyone know how i can get it?

I have found the winhttp.dll file to download but i am having problems finding a free zip program to open it. Do anyone have any suggestions?

XP will open ZIP files with no extra help. If you want a more capable compression program, there are tons to choose from, here's an example: http://www.7-zip.org/
