Fill Sharing Access
I have a network setup in my office at work and one of the computers setup on this network is, for some reason, not allowed to gain access to my computer to gain access to our QuickBooks files. Any other computer will gain access with my IP address with no issues, but this one specifically will prompt for user name and password.
Any help would be most appreciated. |

If you enter the user name/password that is used to login to the machine with the Quickbooks files, does the machine connect?

Yes, it did work. Then I tried to move the files to his machine and access them from there. And it prompts me for the password and such for his machine, but that does not work. How to I get rid of the user/password prompts?

Create a user account on the machine with the Quickbooks files that has the same name/password as the connecting machine(s), the password prompt should be gone.
