Drive Syncing/Replication Help

Hello fellow computer users,

I have a Desktop (Vista Home Basic) and a Laptop (Vista Home Premium), both are legit/real.

Specs (Desktop):
Processor: Pentium 4 2.93 GHz
512 MB DDR Dual Channel RAM
500W Power Supply
1 Dual Layer DVD Burner
1 CD Burner
160 GB SATA HDD
ATi X1300 256 MB PCI-Express Video Card

Specs (Laptop):
Processor: AMD 1.8 GHz Dual Core
1 GB RAM
Dual Layer DVD Burner
160 GB HDD
ATi Graphics
Tosibha Brand
17 '' Screen

I want my laptop to sync with my D Drive of my desktop. So basically I want every file from my D drive of my desktop to be on my E drive of Laptop, so if i have a new file on my Desktop D drive, i want it to automatically sync to the E drive of my laptop. I heard of DFS Replication but I dont know how to activate it in Vista.

Network Info:
Provides Internet Access to: PS3, XBOX 360, Nokia N95, HP Laptop With Vista Ultimate (Legit), Tosibha Vista Home Premuim, Laptop, another Tosibha Vista Home Premuim, S***ty Old HP Desktop, Gateway Desktop With Home Basic, HP PDA. I hope all these things connecting dosent cause a problem or anything.

Router: D-Link DIR-625 (Draft N)
Desktop connects to router with ethernet cable (100 Mbps). Laptop uses 802.11 G.
I have a printer sharing working, and these two computers/laptops are in the same workgroup.

If you need screenshots or anything, just ask.

Please Help,
Thanks For Reading.
