Downloading streaming video to my files

how can i download streaming video and save to my files and what program is needed

Hi Bigwaul, Welcome to TSF

It all depends on the site the video's are hosted on how they are hosted. Some sites have a download button while others can be downloaded by installing plugin's (if you use firefox). Some sites actually do not allow you to download their video's (in which case TSF can't help you)

What site were you trying to download the video's from?
