MS RWW Remote Printing

Using MS Remote Web Workplace and at work I am having a difficult time setting up a printer for a remote user. Log in is easy but I can't get the remote user to print on their local printer. They have option to print locally. Using SBS 2003 and XP. I tried installing the printer with web drivers and that never completed. I checked the options for RWW and local printing is checked. Please advise.

Did you find an answer to this problem? I'm having the same difficulty.
