hi
i have 56k internet. cuz broadband is dead expensive in my country...somhow, ares does not download more than 2.56 kb/s at any one time. rarely i have seen it download higher than this.. can anyone tell me why and how to fix it? i.e. if there is a fix i got an agere systems pc softmodem.. .384 mb ram.... 256 mb geforce fx.... 741gxm mobo. 550 watt X tech PSU |

Probably no way to fix it. Depending on your local phone lines, you may only be getting 28kbit connections, that's a very common issue.
