Encrypting Files

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that can be used to encrypt files in a business environment rendering them useless should they be removed?

Well, you can simply ZIP them with encryption. You can also use the native encryption built into Windows 2000 or XP-Pro.

It's been a while since I've used it, but TrueCrypt has worked well for me in the past.
