Confused Sharing Outlook Inboxes

I need help trying to get Outlook 2003 to share Calendars, Inboxes, Tasks, etc. The company I work for is a very small business and they want to link Outlook on 4 computers within their Workgroup. They have no need for a server and they'd like to do this peer-to-peer and in real-time. Is there a program that does this - like an Add-in to Outlook? I've searched and can't seem to find anything that will work for us. They just want to be able to see each other's schedules and e-mails. Can anyone help me?

The sharing in Outlook was designed and is supported only if you are hosting an Exchange server.

There are some possibilities, but the best answer is no. The software is not designed to be used in non-Exchange server settings in this manner.
