Synchronization

Is it possible synchronize a folder from C:\ to an external hard drive connected via USB?

Yes, you can either use a Windows "Briefcase" or a dedicated synchronisation program. Allway Sync is quite a neat little application.

I use BeyondCompare that Squashman referenced, but another one that's mentioned frequently and is free is SyncToy. BeyondCompare has tons of options, and I really like it for some of the stuff I do, but it's not a free application.
