Wireless-b usb...

Not sure Where To Place This, Because the problem works on any OS, 98 and XP, but i have a blitzz wireless-b USB modem and after about 10 minutes of successful connection, it just goes red, sitching from the network in my home, no WEP, to my neighbors, with WEP. What Can I Do About This. I Have All The Drivers And Program installed and A Linksys router, can anyone help?

Are you and your neighbors on the same wireless channel? I'd suggest checking that out. Maybe there's a conflict between the two.

Configure your client to only connect to preferred networks, then leave your neighbor out of the list.

Just use windows Wireless Zero instead... I've always had problems with the crappy software that comes with most wireless adapters. Windows standard software believe it or not usually works better in this case.

Oh my bad, I assumed you were in XP. Yeah, you may need to root around in the settings for this card until you find something that sets it to only connect to your network.

Not from experience... I've looked for them before, because I had windows 98 and a wireless card on a laptop. I'd say your best bet is probably googling till you find something useful.

If you're using the adapter's config utility, the options are specific to the brand and version of the drivers. It's hard to make generic recommendations for stuff like this.

I've found that D-Link's wireless card software is very capable. I used it on my old 2K machine and it worked flawlessly.
