I am currently running windows xp (no service packs).
I'm having trouble with the airlink #AWLH3025 wireless-g adapter. I tried running the 7.0 version of the driver that i got off of tech support and it worked for a while. however, it malfunctioned on me once on that first day. after releasing and renewing the ip it worked fine. Then the next day when i updated my firmware for my linksys router, the airlink adapter malfunctioned. Under the ipconfig/all command it said: "media state: ... media disconnected" After uninstalling and reinstalling in the device manager repeatedly for two hours it finally got itself up and running again. Then today I tried installing Roxio CD Creator 6 and the adapter malfunctioned again. This time however I am unable to get it back up and running. Running anything from the ipconfig command only gives me: "Windows IP Configuration" and NO other information At the end of the hardware installation wizard it has the yellow exclammation point sign by the This time im really stumped. I even tried that popular WinSockFix.exe tool that forums seem to recommend. i have attached a picture of some of the things that show errors. Someone please help soon! ![]() |

Since SP2 corrected a lot of wireless issues, I'd recomment that as a first step.
