Internet fails, when renewing IP lease

Hello,
I've experiencing this problem for already a month. I use HP NC 6120 notebook with XP SP 3, IE 8, network card Broadcom Netxtreme Gigabit Ethernet. I connect to internet via LAN cable, directly to PC. Very often Internet fails and I get these errors:

Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address xxxxxx092A2. The following error occurred:
The semaphore timeout period has expired. . Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

The IP address lease xx.240.15.65 for the Network Card with network address xxxxxx092A2 has been denied by the DHCP server xx.240.1.110 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC could not be found and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

My ISP provider Skynet.lt blames my network card. I reinstalled card drivers, but it helped nothing. Then I connected to the intenet via Linksys router, via cable (from router to PC) and via wireless and everything went OK. But when I connect via cable from my ISP to my PC directly, internet fails, approximately after an hour and I have to restart my PC.
Here I provide some details from ipconfig /all (I've changed first numbers of my IP with xx)

Re: Internet fails, when renewing IP lease

Try this...

Unplug the modem from the laptop. Turn the laptop off. Unplug power from the modem. Plug the modem power back in. Plug the ethernet cable into the laptop. Boot the laptop.
