desktop internet wont work after firmware

well, my deskop internet wont work after firmware update, although my wireless works.
im not sure what to do about it, but i guess thats why im here

what did you update the firmware on

try reflashing the original firmware

well, the update on the firmware was for my router, my nintendo ds couldnt connect to other ppls, and the error code said to update routers firmware.

also, idk what u meen by that O_O

after updating the router firmware you have to redo all the settings in it

i am not much on routers but the reason your nintendo did not connect i would think the port it uses was not opened

so you have a wireless and an ethernet router right?
Can you ping 127.0.0.1.
Are you not able to connect to your ethernet router?

in the cmd box type in

ping 127.0.0.1.

and press enter

ok i did that and it says
