Wireless Connection but no Internet

I've recently noticed a problem with my wireless connection to the internet. I am currently on the road for my job and am having problems connecting to my hotels wireless internet access. I was able to connect to the wireless internet no problem a few days ago but now I can't seem to get any webpages to come up. I am able to connect to the router via wireless because when I check My Connections-Wireless Network Connections it shows I am connected with an IP address and good signal strength. The problem is when I try to bring up a webpage it says there is no internet connection and no webpage displays. I am however able to connect to the internet using a LAN cord hooked directly from the router to my computer. I've run system restore and all my anti-virus software to see if that was the problem and it did not resolve. All firewalls are disabled. I've run IPconfig/release and IPconfig/renew and no luck there. Here is the results from my IPconfig/all and ping of IP address when I am connected using the wireless network:

Running Windows XP with SP3 and IE 8.

I can't access the router so not sure if that is what is causing it or not. Plus I'm a little confused with all the extra stuff from IPconfig i.e. Tunnel Adapter and the crazy address from DNS server.

Like I said I'm using an unsecured hotel connection for wireless due to my job and would appreciate any help in this.

I can't access the router so not sure if that is what is causing it or not. Plus I'm a little confused with all the extra stuff from IPconfig i.e. Tunnel Adapter and the crazy address from DNS server. Like I said I'm using an unsecured hotel connection for wireless due to my job and would appreciate any help in this.
