I added a new Network Card to a computer here on our network card last night. I installed the software from the CD supplied and now the Remote Desktop is not working anymore.
Would this have effected the Remote Desktop? The card I installed was a TRENDnet 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit PCI Adapter which replaced a 10/100 network card. I didn't make any other changes, I checked the PORT number and it's still the same. Any ideas why the Remote Desktop Stopped Working? Thank you,

Re: New Network Card Effect Remote Desktop?
SOLUTION!
I can't believe I didn't check this. All I had to do was configure the IP address in the TCP/IP settings for the LAN. I have that machine manually configured and forgot to add the new IP info for the new LAN.
