Network Card Not Present, Not Driver

I have a dell d830 laptop and have been using it fine, with a network card, this is the driver Dell Dell Wireless 13xx, 14xx, 1505 MiniCard. Not sure which one, but today it is not working and its like its not there. Not sure what's the problem any pointers. As I said I tried to install the latest driver to make sure that wasn't the problem and it says hardware not found or something like that.

Make sure that the card is on. On most laptops there is a switch that turns the wireless card on/off. You may need to open the case and reseat the card as it may be loose.

Also, it may have just died.
