Help Internet Disconnected Randomly

Hi, i got a problem since we transferred to our new office, i often disconnected to our internet but not in our local network. we are using a proxy server same in our old office all settings and configuration are the same. i change the cable and connected to other port but the problem still exist. what do you think that causes my problem i am facing right now. Thank You in advance.

(we got a lazy IT here)

Don't have a clue, but your IT people are the people that will obviously have to solve this.

Does the internet disconnect at a certain time? There should be a network icon on the bottom right of the taskbar, by the clock. Right click on the network icon and hit "repair". Hope this helps.
