We need more information than that... What kind of connection do you have? DSL? Cable? Are you on a corporate network?
What kind of setup do you have? What version of Windows? Do you have the network drivers installed? Anything amiss in device manager? (like yellow exclamation marks) Are you connected to a router? Do you have a home network? If on DSL are you using PPPoE? And perhaps what ISP are you using? (sometimes they have their own bundled software) |

Supply more information please.
OS running on all affected systems Make\models of all equipment (routers, network cards, modems). Wired or wireless? What wireless encryption is in use? Browsers being used (Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera,...) Open up a command prompt (Start > run > cmd) Type the following bolded commands and post the results for each affected machine. ipconfig /all ping www.google.com ping 74.125.53.99
