Dynex DX-E101 card not showing up under Network Adapters

Hey guys, got a bit of a problem here. I recently had to reformat my computer and reinstall Windows XP and all my drivers etc.. Well my Dynex DX-E101 card is not showing up under the Network adapters in the Device manager and I can't figure out why.

I'm currently using the motherboard onboard network adapter which shows up in the device manager as "NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller" and there's also "NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller #2" which I'm not using. Normally I would be fine with just using this but its causing some lag issues when I play video games.

Before I reformatted my computer the Dynex DX-E101 card was showing up under the device manager and I was using it completely fine, but I can't figure out why my computer isn't picking it up and letting me use it. Anyone have any ideas?

If I left out any needed information such as computer specs or anything of that sort that's needed to solve this please let me know. Thank you in advance.

You're most likely missing the drivers. I suspect it's showing up under Other Devices with an error.
