Wireless Fail
Hey Guys,
The other day I was using my wireless card as usual, and it cut out like it normally did. But when I tried to reconnect via windows, it said it counldn't connect. I find this strange, as I am using Vista Ultimate x32. Because, it was able to pick up a signal from the router, then I double clicked to connect, and it says failed, and gives me 2 options:1.Diagnose the problem 2.Connect to another network. When I click on diagnose network, it says it can't do anything. I would really like to know if I should buy a new card today. The wireless card was an SMCPCI-G. I also tried it with an asus card, didn't work either. To test if it was the machine I tried them both in another PC with the same specs, still nothing. THe computers were both desktop running vista unltimate. |
