cable used to interconnect two buildings
We are having two buildings seperated with a distance of 80 metres, and now we have a plan to intenerconnect both the buildings via cat 5e cable from server room to next building new switch, i want to know whether the performance will be downgraded or not.

It won't be downgraded, since the distance for a single hop is 100 meters. I'd reconsider running cable between two buildings anyway, I'd select fiber. Remember that you also have power grounding and lightning issues that may cause you lots of issues, fiber eliminates all of those concerns.
