Serviceability tests for 10Base2 NICs
What tests can I perform to determine fully serviceable 10Base2 NICs from degraded or faulty NICs.

Well, I'd put them in a functional network and then transfer a large quantity of data across the link to start. That's certainly going to weed out the dead ones.
