USB to CAT5
Hello,
I have a Dell 962 aio printer. it has a USB port for direct plugging into a pc. I would like to know if anyone here knows how to make a USB to Cat5 type cable. I know there are these types of specialty wires or converters on line. I have a ton of extra cat5 and a few usb wires id like to utilize rather then buy a device. Has anyone ever made there own,that is the question? thanks |

Nope. You can use a USB print server that connects to the network, or connect the printer to a computer and share it from the computer.
