Ralink Wireless Card Not detecting networks.
Hello, since half a year I have been using a Ralink Wireless PCI card, with external antenna. It had its fits, but I've solved them all until now.
After moving my desktop from my own to a friends house for a LAN party, (Where the card worked perfectly) And moving it back to my own house, it has stopped detecting networks all together. I have tried moving the antenna, disconnecting it from the PCI slot and reinstalling drivers, but it won't bulge. Vista detects the Ralink Software flawlessly, but as it relies on it, won't display any networks either. The laptops in the house seem to be fine with it, and detect all the networks that are normally present even when placed next to the desktop. This has been going on for the last 3 days, and it is really disturbing, as you might imagine. |

Re: Ralink Wireless Card Not detecting networks.
Well, from your description, I'd say it didn't survive the trip back from the friend's house.
