problem in data transfer in voice telephone 2 pair cable

hi Dear,

I am connecting 2pair of simple telephone. Pair is 1,3,4,6 May be but still i could not get connectivity. plz solve my this problem.

Simple telephone? If you're trying to use this for network cable, you MUST have the proper twisted pairs.

Of course, I can't determine what your issue is from that description.

The issue is not like that. My uplink cable is broken. so I want to transfer data from telephone cable of 2 pair. ? just help me how can i connect network of two switch with simple telephone reser.?

I still don't understand what you're trying to connect to this telephone cable. You need to state your issue clearly, as well as provide enough details on the equipment for us to hazard a educated guess at the very least. Uplink to what? Transfer data from what device to what device? What kind of switch are we talking about?
